Clinical Supervision

by Pamela Ganem, M.S. LPC, N.C.C.

Pamela is a OBLPCT board approved supervisor with layered identities, vast life experience, and a deep commitment to anti-oppression and liberation-based practices, all grounded in over a decade of Gestalt therapy training. She brings a non-traditional, grounded approach to the often confusing and anxiety-provoking process of becoming a therapist.

Since 2019, Pamela has had the privilege of teaching the clinical practicum at PSU, an experience that sharpened her eye for the growth and development of new clinicians. She is deeply passionate about supporting emerging therapists in building their confidence, clinical skill, and theoretical grounding. Her mentorship emphasizes efficient, high-quality Medicaid-approved documentation and a strong understanding of the business side of private practice — helping clinicians create sustainable careers that offer both financial stability and accessibility for marginalized clients.

At this time, Pamela enjoys supervising QT-BIPOC graduate interns or newly graduated associates starting their journey as therapist-as-self, as well as fully licensed professionals looking to revamp their work through a Gestalt lens.
